Nestled on San Vicente Boulevard, this two-story building has a storied past, having once been a temple and later an art gallery. From the street, its façade is understated, but step inside and an extraordinary office space unfolds. The centerpiece is a central glass conference room that sets the tone for visual transparency, making the 'shotgun' layout of this infill building a delight to experience.

Navigating around the glass conference room, with offices lining the opposite side of the hallway, offers a panoramic view of the entire layout. Despite its contemporary design and function as an office building, there is a welcoming ambiance that entices visitors to explore further. The journey naturally leads to the rear exhibit space, where photos and models of homes built by this world-class construction company are displayed.

"It was an honor to be asked to design this building by Mauricio Oberfeld, considering all the architects he works with and has worked with in Los Angeles through the years," Fabio reflects. "Thanks, Mo."

This space exemplifies a harmonious blend of history, modernity, and functionality, offering an inspiring environment that celebrates both its past and its future.
